What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a partial refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, a $50 deposit is required to hold your appointment. If we do not receive your deposit within 72 hours of your scheduled service, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. Deposits can be made via Zelle (254-661-7206) or Venmo (@iihanii).
What should I avoid before my appointment?
Please avoid using retinols, Retin-A, AHAs, BHAs, and exfoliating treatments for at least 5 days before your scheduled service. Avoid sun exposure, waxing, or dermaplaning during that time as well.
How do I prepare for my SMP/SMT appointment?
Ensure your scalp is clean and dry (best to wash day or blow dry thoroughly before appointment. Do not apply oils or heavy products. We recommend avoiding caffeine and alcohol the day before to minimize sensitivity.
What if I have a medical condition?
Please disclose any skin conditions, allergies, medication, or medical history that might affect your treatment. We may require a doctor’s note for certain conditions.
Are your services safe during pregnancy?
Yes — we offer several treatments that are completely safe for pregnant and nursing clients. Please notify us ahead of time so we can make accommodations and ensure your service is tailored for your comfort and safety. We also recommend consulting with your physician before any spa treatment during pregnancy.
